Thanks to a upcoming Mobile Health Village event, hosted by Harris County Public Health (HCPH) and Harris County Precinct 4, residents of all ages can enjoy a roster of services and activities — for free.
Flu and child vaccines, children’s dental services, and wellness screenings will be provided at no cost.

Fruits and vegetables, insect repellent, and vaccines and micro-chipping for leashed pets are also free.
Kids will enjoy a play zone with face painting, a hula-hoop contest, virtual reality adventures, and a 3-D printing demonstration courtesy of the Harris County Public Library.

“We believe that health happens where people live, learn, work, worship and play, so we are bringing our fleet of seven Mobile Units to north Harris County to provide services in an engaging, innovative, and fun environment,” executive director of Harris County Public Health Umair A. Shah said via press release.
The Mobile Health Village is scheduled for Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mangum-Howell Center in Doss Park located at 2500 Frick Road.
